Elemental advises you about procedures used by contractors in the performance of their contracts and inspects, observes, and evaluates work as it progresses. Elemental will advise you when requirements are not being fulfilled, and will make recommendations on how to achieve satisfactory performance from each subcontractor. Elemental maintains the authority to reject, on your behalf, any work that does not conform to contract documents or normal construction practices.
